Terms of Service
Terms for enquiries, proposals, and services provided by BlogGraph.
1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the BlogGraph website and to service engagements, unless a separate written agreement with the client says otherwise. The specific deliverables, schedule, fees, revisions, and responsibilities for a project should be set out in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
2. Our services
BlogGraph focuses on web design and funnel building, including responsive website pages, landing pages, lead-capture journeys, and connected thank-you, booking, or checkout flows as agreed. The precise scope of each engagement is defined in the accepted proposal.
3. Proposals, fees and payment
Prices, currency, payment schedule, milestones, taxes (if applicable), delivery dates, and any third-party costs should be confirmed in writing before a project starts. Work may be paused for overdue payments where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients should provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and materials they are entitled to use. Delays in receiving materials, approvals, or payment may affect delivery dates. Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied content, claims, and materials comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
5. Revisions, changes and delivery
The proposal should state the included revision rounds and delivery milestones. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised fee or schedule, subject to written agreement. Clients should review deliverables and raise issues within a reasonable time.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Service cancellations and refund requests are handled under the agreed project terms and the Refund Policy. Applicable mandatory legal rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership, licences, and handover of final deliverables should be specified in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party software, fonts, images, platforms, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms. Clients must have rights to any materials they supply.
8. No guaranteed business outcomes
We aim to deliver the work described in the agreed scope, but we do not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, conversion rates, revenue, search rankings, or other business results. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
9. Third-party services
Websites and funnels may depend on third-party platforms, hosting, payment processors, email providers, or integrations. Their availability, fees, terms, and performance are controlled by those providers. Any third-party costs that the client is expected to pay should be disclosed in advance.
10. Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limitations, governing law, and dispute-resolution arrangements should be stated in the signed proposal or agreement and reviewed for enforceability in the relevant jurisdictions.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms from time to time. Changes to an existing project agreement should be made in writing and accepted by the parties where required.
