Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellation and refund requests are reviewed for BlogGraph service projects.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies only to BlogGraph service projects, including website design and development, landing page design, and funnel building. It does not apply to digital products.

2. Project cancellations

Clients who wish to cancel a project should email info@bloggraph.com in writing. Requests are reviewed against the accepted proposal, agreed scope, payment terms, project stage, and work completed at the time of cancellation.

3. Case-by-case refund review

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, a full refund, partial refund, or no refund may be appropriate. Relevant factors may include completed work, approved milestones, payments received, the reason for cancellation, and any third-party costs that were disclosed and agreed to in advance.

4. Work completed and costs

Fees for work already completed or milestones already delivered may not be refundable where permitted by the agreed terms and applicable law. Third-party costs may be deducted only where they were clearly disclosed, agreed to in advance, and the deduction is legally permissible. BlogGraph will explain the basis of any refund decision.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@bloggraph.com with your name, project details, payment reference, reason for the request, and any relevant supporting information. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Any project-specific cancellation terms should be agreed in writing before work begins.
